Electrical grade magnesia is used as insulating fillers for electric sheathed heaters.
The electric sheathed heater is composed of electric heating wire coils housed in a
steel pipe and magnesia surrounding the heating wire coils. It is used in many
applications ranging from household electric appliances to some industrial machines.
Electrical grade magnesia prevents the passage of electricity through electric
heating coils and efficiently conveys only heat to a pipe while also being resistant
to high temperatures.

Dandong Taimag offers a comprehensive product range formulated and designed to perform
efficiently over a wide range of operating temperatures. Each product grade is
manufactured to a controlled composition to give consistent electrical properties. Furthermore each grade has been carefully controlled on particle size distribution and
tap density to ensure consistent elongation.

1) Normal Condition, Heating Condition and Humid Condition:

　Normal condition refers to the state when electrical heat tube is sealed after humidity
　expelling (middle temperature powders and low temperature powders do not need to be
　sealed), and cooled down to the room temperature; Heating condition refers to the state
　when electrical heat tube is electrified and reach the heating balance state; Humid
　Condition refers to the state when tube has been put under（40^±2）℃ relative humidity
（93^±3）%over 72 hours.

2) Specifications of sample tube: Stainless steel tube at φ8mm，L =500mm

3) Suggested expelling humidity condition:

　a. For DG-2S:　1,050℃±50℃/25min（it need to be sealed immediately）

　b. For DG-2A、DZ-8,DZ-7,DZ-6L,DZ-6,DZ-5: 300℃/60min（it doesn't need to be sealed）.

Package:

	The standard package is in 25kg bags or 25kg cardboard boxes, alternative packaging is also available on customers' request.

1) Typical products are silicon coated, no drying and demagnetization treatment is required for all above products before using.

2) Besides the above typical products, we produce and supply according to the users' special requirements.
